How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can switch between PRO and ULTRA anytime. You can upgrade PRO → ULTRA, downgrade ULTRA → PRO, or change PRO/ULTRA Quarterly to Annual or Lifetime. Just open your BYQ profile menu and go to Billing.

How do I switch from quarterly to annual?

Open Billing in your BYQ account and switch your plan to Annual. Your current Quarterly cycle will finish first, then the Annual plan begins automatically.

How do I switch from annual to quarterly?

Go to Billing and select "Switch to Quarterly". Your Annual plan stays active until the end of its paid period. When it expires, your subscription continues on the Quarterly plan automatically.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You keep everything you've already unlocked or copied. If you're on ULTRA, you keep all unlocked templates and unused credits forever. All Sections or Skeletons you've already pasted into Webflow/Figma/Framer remain yours.

You simply lose access to copy/pasting from the library moving forward.

Do unused credits roll over on ULTRA plan?

Yes. ULTRA credits roll over until they are used. If you unlocked only one template this month, the remaining credits move into the next period and stack with newly added credits.

Note for quarterly plan members: New quarterly subscribers receive 3 credits per quarter. Legacy monthly subscribers continue on their original monthly credit schedule.

Do I lose templates already unlocked?

No. Any template you unlock on ULTRA stays permanently in your account. You never lose access to previously redeemed templates.

What payment methods do you support?

It depends on what you're buying.

Subscriptions on BYQ Supply use Lemon Squeezy (card payments + Apple Pay/Google Pay in supported regions). One‑time Webflow Marketplace purchases are processed by Webflow. Framer, Figma, and HTML exports are handled via Lemon Squeezy. Card payments are always available.

What is the difference between PRO and ULTRA?

PRO unlocks full access to Skeletons and copying Sections. ULTRA adds template credits and permanent template unlocks. Many users upgrade from PRO to ULTRA temporarily for one quarter just to claim three template credits and then switch back - credits stay on the account even after downgrading.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds. BYQ is a digital product, and the Free plan lets you try the platform first — including a set of free Sections — so you can be sure it's right for you before you ever pay. Because everything you copy or download becomes yours the moment you access it, refunds after a purchase aren't something we can sustainably offer. If something isn't working, reach out at hi@byq.studio and we'll help you get it sorted.
