On Free, Pro gems show a lock icon in the Copy gem menu. Browsing, previewing and saving favourites are open to everyone. See pricing for plan details.
You can copy up to 60 times in any one hour. That is far more than you would use by hand. It is there to stop bulk copying of the library. Gem copies, Copy HTML and Copy Prompt all count.
If you reach the limit, wait a little and copy again. If you really need more, contact support.
The 300-copy monthly limit applies to sections only. Gem copies are not counted in it, so copying gems never uses up your section copies.
