Community

The community feed, badges, ideas and votes, and how your public profile works across BYQ.
What is the Community feed?

The Community page shows what other designers are up to on BYQ: sections they copy, templates they unlock, items they favourite, badges they earn and sites they start. It's a quick way to see what's popular and pick up ideas.

Other people can see your activity too. To keep it private, turn off Show my activity in feed in your profile settings. You can switch it back on whenever you like.

What are badges and how do I earn them?

Badges are milestones you earn automatically as you use BYQ. There are 23, in five tracks.

  • Sections copied: at 1, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500.
  • Templates unlocked: at 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20.
  • Wireframes copied: at 1, 10, 50, 100 and 250.
  • PRO membership: at 1, 6 and 12 months.
  • ULTRA membership: at 1, 6 and 12 months.

Every badge you earn appears on your public profile, and you can choose which ones to highlight.

What are Ideas and Votes?

Ideas is where you ask for features and upvote other people's requests. Open Ideas in the sidebar, sign in, and pick a category: Sections & templates, Website builder, MCP & AI, Billing & account, Bug or Other. Each idea shows a status: Open, Planned, In progress, Shipped or Not planned.

Votes help us decide which templates to build sections for next. You get one vote per template that has no sections yet.

What is my public profile?

Your public profile is the page other people see when they open your name. It shows your name and avatar, when you joined, your social links and your stats for sections, templates, wireframes and badges.

It also shows the badges you chose to highlight, any favourite folders you made public, and your recent activity. To change your name, avatar or social links, open Settings, then Profile.
